Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales Revenue & PO targets
- Develop and manage route to market channel strategies
- Implement effective sales policies and procedures
- Manage key account customers : golf ball, footwear & polymer modification market segments
- Value capture, price management and margin Improvement
- Drive new developments and market expansion
- Monitor and report details of market and competitive environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering or equivalent
