Production/Operations Graduate Trainee
The Kerry Graduate Trainee program is a well structured 3 years training and development programme aimed at building long term career growth for graduates who demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude.
You are responsible for efficient use of raw materials, planning and organizations of production processes and personnel to meet the respective business unit’s production requirements and standard. This role calls for special combination of talents and it is important that graduates become one of the team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Requirements :
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial chemistry (GPA 3.00 and above) from reputable University
- Excellent interpersonal team-working and communication skills with leadership qualities.
- Willing to work in Cikarang and overseas assignments within Asia.
- Fresh Graduates or those with less than 2 years experience are encouraged to apply.
